Q. HOW MUCH ARE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES?

A. After our personal consultation session, a customized event package will be prepared. This package will be tailored around your exact needs, for which a quote will be provided to you. We have standard photography packages that accommodate various budgets. Please contact us for further details.


Q. AM I EXPECTED TO MAKE THE COMPLETE PAYMENT RIGHT AWAY?

A. As per company policy, payments will be broken down by the 40/40/20 rule. 40% is due at signing of the contract. Remaining 40% is due the day of the event. Last 20% at the time of delivering the final images. A simpler payment option is 50/50 – 50% due at signing of the contract and 50% at the time of delivering the final images.


Q. DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO?

A. Yes, we have our own studio and we are available for consultation by appointment. During our meeting we will share our extensive portfolio with you as well as discuss other photography options. Owning our studio enables us to save on operating costs and in-turn pass the savings on to our clients.


Q. DO YOU TRAVEL TO OTHER STATES FOR EVENTS?

A. Our main clientele is located in the tri-state area but we are happy to travel to other states or counties when required.


Q. HOW CAN I BE ASSURED OF THE BEST QUALITY IMAGES?

A. Our photographers use only the highest quality professional Nikon camera bodies and lenses. We only shoot in RAW formant in Adobe RGB color at full resolution. This enables us to shoot at the highest possible resolution without any quality loss during post production editing. Each selected image is edited to meticulously remove unwanted scars, age lines, or any other imperfection you may come across, thus showing you in the best light possible and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for our clients. You therefore get the highest resolution images with maximum color fidelity. These images can be used for future enlargements without any loss in image clarity.


Q. DOES YOUR TEAM CARRY APPROPRIATE BACKUP EQUIPMENT DURING YOUR SHOOTS?

A. Absolutely, our team will never be on-location without adequate backup equipment at hand. We go out of our way, to provide you – peace of mind. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your special occasion.


Q. WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR YOUR PICTURES?

A. We try our best to upload a subset of images for proofing within the first week. But to be on the safe side we tell our clients approximately 2 weeks for the first glimpses.

A. We are proud of the artistic and experienced coverage we provide. Our photographic approach is a blend of traditional and photo journalistic styles. We are proud of our ability to capture the very essence of your occasion so that each time you look at your photographs, you will relive each special moment forever. Our photographers have an unobtrusive style and pay attention to details that are most important to you.
